wheel repair shops? bore enlarge shops?

i had some old wheels repaired at wheel techniques in santa clara. they did a satisfactory job fixing the bend, but the finish was a little off (it was a polished wheel). lately i've been hearing a lot of negatives about them though.

Hub Bore enlargement would have to be done by a machine shop. If you take it to a wheel repair shop, they will just sub it out and you will pay more.
I know lots of machine shops in the east bay if you need it that bad (Earl's Machine Shop and Advantage Metal Products in Livermore to name a couple). I would expect to pay about $50 per wheel at least if you do it on a CNC (Advantage Metal). You can go ghetto and get an old school machinist to do it (Earl's) with a manual mill and a rotary table, but you will be taking your chances for about a $50 savings.
Possibility... but Morgan's Automotive Machine Shop in Concord? He does awesome work but it is expensive.
