They have to pay for freight as well, that's why we charge what we charge for that. At $8.75, that would be $1.23 profit. Add whats charged for freight and thats probably breaking even.

I understand they have to make a profit, I'm pretty sure the guy in Burlingame is making a profit otherwise he wouldn't have a store. They must not be dealers if they have to sell it for that to make an honest profit.

I wouldn't call 25% a dishonest profit. Thats what my store sells it at. Thats barely enough to make it worth while to sell. Most parts that we sell are at 45% or more. All your edelbrock, msd, shit like that were lucky to make 10% because of the likes of Summit and Jegs. We have to make profit other places...
