I have 2 jacks that I use. One is a Harbor Freight aluminum low profile one and the other is an old steel Kragen one. The Harbor Freight is low enough to fit under the side jack points even with a 3/4" drop however it doesn't have enough travel to lift the car high enough for me to slide my whole body underneath it.
maybe you should lube yourself up and you slide underneath it. IMO.
