yeah dude, me, and my plent of friends, have just signed the tickets off ourselves. they do not check what so ever.

The last time I got a fix-it ticket, I fixed it, and went to the cop shop to get it signed off. The cop laughed at me and said "Wow! You actually came here to get it signed off?!".
