Default what to do with a CARB legal sticker?

Hello bay area folks,
i just had a quick question. i have a k&n FIPK (the 63 series) which is not CARB legal... but was recently advised by one of the board memebers from s2k talk to ask for a replacement sticker (since the 63 and 57 series are practically identical) so... i just got the sticker today. time for the question:

what do i do with it now?

do i just slap it onto my intake or what?

i think u just slap it on the piping or somewhere and your fine. just make sure it sticks and doesnt come off so if u do by chance get pulled over and asked to pop your hood u can point to it

wait, so you can just call them and get a "replacement" sticker, just like that? no proof of purchase or anything?

theres like a form that you have to fill out and then you have to send them either a copy of the receipt or picture of the intake installed in your car. and also you send them a picture of your registration next to the vin # by your driver door. i'll try to look for the form when i get back and post it up. if i dont find it you guys can IM hondabeater, he's the one that told me to do this.

Can you substitute an S2ki sticker for a CARB sticker?
