There a little hang out joint called Guppys (in Cerritos, CA - near LA). They serve all these cool desserts. Not just pearl tea and pop corn chicken; but they also serve special shaved ice, thick toast (as pictured above), and other goodies.
Tip: if you do go, do not order the large shaved ice. You and your friends won't be able to finish it.
