sorry I can't help with the sizing but, from what I understand.... all season tires don't perform as well as "summer" tires in wet or dry.

why do you want all season tires for nor cal? we dont see any snow and it only rains during part of the year.

as for sizes i would run 225/40/18 and 265/35/18 and run some good camber and you shouldn't rub with those offsets.. nothing that some negative camber wouldn't be able to fix.

the kind of tire you want all depends on how much you want to spend... yokohama advan neova, bridgestone potenza re01r and re050 pole positions are the most expensive but will give you the best traction in wet and dry. i can only vouch for pole positions. my next set of tires are going to be the neovas though.

225/40/18 and 265/35/18 would be my recommendation. I would consider the Falken FK452s. That is what I am planning on running soon and have heard VERY good reviews!
