My vote is getting your oil analyzed when you next change it. Make the decision to stick with your current oil or go another direction based on that data.

Man, I didn't know M1 is that bad from all people comments, I've been using since 5000 miles, now almost 40K+ included 5 track days... Should I change to other Syn oil???

I used Redline personally but would have no issues using Amsoil. I would never put Royal Purple or Lucas in my engine.

There are no "hookups" on oil. I buy it retail just like everyone else.

I've used Mobil 1 and it def tends to burn quite fast, especially in AP1s.

Install a oil catch can from the PVC valve, you would be amazed how much oil it would collect in AP1.

The longer you stick around these oil debates the more you begin to think the differences mater.

The biggest improvement will be seen from going from dino oil to syn oil. The difference between those syn oils will very in the mind of the driver. Supported by lab tests and preached as the gospel.

My M1 test came back solid. But don't tell anyone else. M1 is horrible... next time you see it, spit on it. Never buy it and ensure you tell anyone who will listen you don't support M1 for anyone, not even your lawnmower gets that junk. (I'm joking)
I don't think anyone here said it was bad , just that some people seem to be convinced it burns faster than other oils in similar weights. As I stated before, I use a better testing oil for my own personal security. Ideally I'd like to test all of these oils in my engine and get results for each -- but I don't have the time or the budget to satisfy my curiosity so I buy whatever is proven as a general application rather than a specific application.
