Red face what a .....

ok here is the story...
i m not sure if you guys know that or not my car was in my mechanic due to having some engine issues again...

after this thing happened i sold my CF door panels to a guy. who was very patient looking. and i told him couple times that my car is in a shop and i can NOT go there and remove the panels and told him to wait . and ALSO told him that if he doesnt want to wait i could refund all of his money...this happened couple times i was keep asking like " i can refund your money"

today i send him a pm and told him that i just got the car back and will send the panels

his response :

OK, then I need tracking info ASAP. I have officially lost patience. Do you realize I paid over 1 month ago? You know, this is what happens when you try to be nice to people.

So, let's be clear. Tracking info within 24 hours or I file with Paypal, refer you and your phone # to the USAF ADC (our legal counsel - real assholes believe me and they WILL show up on your doorstep - we have plenty of aircraft), and post the entire affair to the forums.

I hate to threaten like this, because I've tried to be understanding. But that's over now. I will NOT simply accept your word that they've shipped. Not at this point.

Tracking info in 24 hours or less, or else I take action. And they better not show up damaged. Once they show up in good condition, all is forgiven.

Sincerely,

Maj Erich Swafford
USAF MC

btw he cant forgive me for something that i already told him and not my fault

hahahhaa. i love the "And they better not show up damaged. Once they show up in good condition, all is forgiven."

if they're damaged from shipping, does that mean he'll despise you for life?

anyways. good luck Kaan. sounds like a real pain in the ass sort of situation.

you could just refund him thru paypal, then tell him to go F himself, because once you refund him, he cant file a complaint. better than having to deal with people like that.

wow..

I say refund him the money through paypal, then he can't file, then you just find another buyer.

threats like that are such crap. "they will show up on your door"... .come on, really... if you told him your car was in the shop, it's his fault he paid so early then

Kaan you got 24 hours to ship it. That is hella time compared to finding another buyer. Unless you got one already lined up of course. Slap them sh*ts in a box and get it over with.

I tend to agree with this point of view; but this guy has been such an asshole that if even the slightest bit goes wrong, he'll give you unwanted hell. Just refund the money.
