Default well,it's finally happened[sort of]

when i got the old s2000 in nov of '99 i thought "god i hope these things never get like miatas-where you see them everywhere.." well that worked well for quite a long time...to see another s2000 was a thrill..and it didn't happen often. sad to say my nightmare has seem to have come true...at least between woodside[where i work ] to south mountain view[where my mom lives]....it's not just one or two a day, it's a bunch!!! day,nite,weekends..you name it....ok,i'm sure this doesn't happen in great falls mont. but i think that we all have to agree that the south bay has got to have one of the densest populations of s2k's .....i almost have to laugh when i see a "sightings" post...christ, i see fewer pintos on the road these days.

please no "flames" about the pinto comment....they can't all have self immolated!

Just think about the number of Boxsters (including the "S") that you see everyday. I still see fewer S2000s than SLKs, Boxsters, Z3s, and Vettes.

in socal, S2K is everywhere!
you won't go out one day without seeing at least 1 or more ...
i think most of the S2K shipped to US are in CA~

I've been thinking the same thing. It's not necessarily bad; I'm sure it's just the area. But, when driving from Concord to SF everyday I usually see 2-5 a day...

When I first got mine (9/00) people used to stare at redl lights, or ask me what it was... not no more...
