What is this? Has this ever happened to your s2k's paint?

my car has never been repainted. from the time i bought the car used i always had the car cover on it, so it rarely bakes in the hot sun.

no its not water spots and it is like under the paint. doesnt look like you can rub it out or scratch it out wit ur finger nail. its only in that certain area too.

well what ever this shit is... it looks ugly. -_-

 

mine did that as well. My car is also a BB but a 05. Im not sure what it is eaither but i already sanded them and had them shot again.

 

Looks like oxidation, clear coat damaged

 

Thats a trouble spot on our beautiful BB's...
that piece is also plastic, why?! I dont understand it either *shakes head*

Yep, as others have mentioned; seen this before on BB. You might be able to pop that piece off & have it sprayed.

 

Got the same problem on mine on the other side...you can just buy a new piece for cheap...

 

justin for how much? i need to replace mine as well.. mine looks like GPW when sun hits it. gosh.
