It always helps to have a cop for a friend. I know a few that will sign this sort of stuff off for me. For the most part it is harrassment, because if you ask a cop they usually don't give a damn if you have a front plate or not. My friend that is a copy has had a truck for 4 years, and never put his plates on it. Is this abuse of the law
