Default want to get on the track

So I want to start taking my car to the track and wanna know where is a good place to start. I was looking through the NASA and got kinda confused, there was a little too much going on on the website. I took a look at Thunderhill and the price for them is $235 for the school. Just wanted some input from you guys any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

NASA is a good place to start if you are here up in norcal. Their events tend to be pretty crowded becasue they are one of the cheapest, but the instructors are good for beginners. A lot of people here go NASA events.

hey, maybe we should get a small track day going for beginners? I want to take my s to the track sometime soon too. It'd be cool if we went as a small s2k group or somethin.

Check out www.hookedondriving.com they are good and have very good coaches.

I would suggest doing your first track day at Thunder hill because its a nice track and there is not much to hit if you go off.
Thunder hill rents helmets as well so no need to invest in one for the first time out.
