Hi Guys Ive been seeing a bunch of ads on Craigslist for VIS Carbon Fibre products.
Anybody had any experience with this product? The company is over in the east bay...Im just wondering if they are legit.

 

it really dpeends...some may be ok and some may not be...I had a VIS CF hardtop and the fitment was just fine...
then i also bought a used trunk oem style and the fitment sucked...

so it really depends...

seibon stuff might be better for trunks and hood...
VIS for hardtop is fine....

 

Haven't dealt or heard of people dealing with that guy on Craigs. I do see him spam a lot of his ads though.
As for VIS, I had a CF hood and fitment was pretty good, no problems.

 

as we carry both items, vis and seibon are both quality products. but i believe seibon has a guarenteed fitment policy. meaning if it doesnt fit, they'll take it back and give you another one.
