So what makes it VIP? I mean them DUB/lowrider folk been doing this kinda stuff for ages, why is it suddenly another JDM trend?

correct me if im wrong(im sure someone will)
but the difference can be car selection and modding, it seems vip is more subtle, well it doesnt shout out at you as much, and uses more jdm i suppose. like a dub car would have 22's with spinners, but a vip more likely to have just 20's to give the car a cleaner look.
