Default Vented Hood (cut holes)

Was wondering if anyone has made this mod on their OEM hood? I'm looking to do this, but was wondering if theres anyone out there that can help me out. If so, let me know!

Pic taken from GEARHEAD. PM me if you want it taken off. He also has a DIY guide to making this mod. Just wondering if there's anyone local.

EDIT:

[QUOTE=faukengenius,Feb 23 2009, 01:28 PM] If I had the tools I would have posted a tech day.

it actually doesnt look that bad. i was thinking about picking up a cf hood to match my cf front lip, but i think this would look good too!

either way, water gets into the engine.

another thing to consider asking: "wouldn't water get into the engine bay if you have a vented cf hood?" yes.
