A friend of mine is looking to buy this CRV. The seller is telling her that all work were done at Honda dealerships, but they didn't keep any of the service receipts. They said she can go to any dealerships, and they would be able to pull up a list of what got done when, and at what mileage. Any truth to this?

I know it's a noob ass question, I know BMWs can pull this for you if they like you, but I never really have a firm answer for Honda. Does anyone have any first hand exp? If not, I'll give them dealers a call. TIA.
