Used Comptech intake for sale
Hi guys,
I have a comptech intake for sale. Lots of bay area peeps have seen it. It's not in great shape, but it's in decent shape.
Let's see, the little mount for the idle air controller is missing so I made a mount. (it's just an L bracket with a bolt to fit on the subframe rail that goes horizontally across the engine bay) The piece that goes inside the fender is missing so I made a new one (you can't see it when it's installed. I have the little bracket to relocate your horn for an 04 or 02-03.
It has some marks where it rubbed my hood, (comptech isn't kidding when they tell you to Push Real Hard when you are tightening the bolts). I mostly polished them out but it's not in perfect shape.
$225.
I have a used RM Racing frame rail cover, doesn't work with the AEM v2, has a cutout for the regular AEM/4IG. I think I paid $50 shipped, $40?
And, I still have my JRZ coilovers. They are a wonderful street coilover set, more control without a punishing ride, lowers the car about 3/4" or so. Adjustable ride height but you probably don't want to go too much lower. $1250
