Default URGENT: Need help uninstalling audio parts from a total'd s2000

Hello fellas,

I recently total'd my s2000 near UC Davis on the 80 freeway. My insurance moved my car to a junkyard, and is going to give me permission to go in and take my audio parts off. I have components, an amp, and a subwoofer in the back that I need uninstalled. I will be traveling back up to norcal (I'm from LA) on Jan 3rd-5th, and need help during one of those days. If someone can kindly help me then, I will give you some cash for your assistance on top of food and drinks, etc. I'm leaving to NYC soon for school, and am restricted to these dates.. Please help a fellow member! Thanks in advance!

Also, if I don't promptly reply here, please e-mail me edwardjkang@gmail.com . Thanks again!

What do you need to take out? The radio is pretty easy. Once you take it out cut the wires far from the harness so you can install in the next car you get. Amps are easy just unplug the ground, power and rca's and you can get a amp kit for pretty cheap. Speakers are also easy.

If your car was closer I'd help for free. You should post in the Sac Forum. I'm sure someone on there can help you out

lol you should take other things off the car while you have the chance. namely the wheels, body parts, and interior parts. as long as there's something in place they don't care. you can put del sol/civic/prelude seats in there, use the prelude/EK/etc. steering wheels, and so on to recoup some money. if there was more time you could even have taken the engine out and replaced it (without hooking it up) a blown one. the adjuster usually explicitly says that the only requirement is that those things be there (not that they have to be original or in working condition)
