Oh Brian.. you picked up my favorite wheels.. I had fallen for them in 07 after seeing them on Rob's car.

I've had RE01Rs since Dec '06 and love them, but I'd have to recommend the Direzza Z1 (now in a new compound known as Star Spec) It's almost $70 less per tire (I only have wholesale pricing in front of me) at 245/40/17 and a head on competitor to the RE01Rs.
Vu runs a mix of RE01Rs and Direzzas on his car, I remember following him one of his first nights out with them; he flew through a few on ramps heading towards the south bay and said he liked em.
