I went 138 with the top down on a group drive once, but I would never suggest anyone to speed.

im pretty sure my ap1 was stock wen i bought it. wen i tried to top pout i had test pipe and exhaust. wen i got cut off i was in 6th gear at 7200 rpms. so is that rev limiting?

Cut fuel is at 9k RPM..
