That sucks.
My Camry is governed at 137 and the S is rev limited with stock tires half way worn at 157 and the gixxer is indicated 187 or so I've been told

you have a loss of power. bad tune? or if your hitting the rev limiter it's what Vu said.

try stepping harder on the gas peddle.
