would prefer SF, but feel free to suggest other Bay Area choices (especially given the responses to date - grin).

 

check josh's DB. I recommend reliabe on pacific at polk. they always have a ton of expensive cars in there and really have excellent customer service.

(one draw back, my silver came out a little darker than everyone else's, but for a more than 50% paint job you'd never know by looking at the car by itself.)

Check Josh's database, but one you'll see in there I put in -- Rainbow Autobody in Hayward. They did a beautiful job on my S2K and were really quite reasonable, IMHO. The color match was perfect.

 

Rim repairs: Wheels America in Union City. Many tire shops locally use them, and so I had a rim repaired by them a few onths ago. Looked great and cost about $100. Website for the national company is:

Well, I know a body shop called Cars Dawydiak in San Francisco. I got a whole new front end replaced by them after my accident and it's perfect. They take awhile to do their work, but man, it's the BEST work. They specialize in highend cars, so you can trust them with any kind of repair. I was very impressed with their work.
