Anyone know any good companies that make a good turbo kit for the s2k that is smog legal? I would rather have this than a supercharger for my own reasons.

Nope...no CARB legal kits yet...

Elda is still trying to get theirs out, and supposedly it will be CARB legal...apparently there's been some delays in getting this out though...

You guys here in the Bay Area have any pressure issues with lower elevations in air flow?
