Default TSB A00-055

Anyone in the BA have this TSB serviced? If so, which dealership?
When shifting into second @ 7000 rpms or higher I either grind or the gear pops out.

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experience.

TIA

I have the same problem, sometime it seems like it doesn't catch. What can I do?

The -055 clutch was updated by Honda for '02 and up, so I am doubtful you will get them to warranty this.

I told my local dealer about this TSB and said that they would check out the car and so the tech drives the car and can't seem to duplicate the grind at all and said that there is nothing wrong with the tranny. I argued and argued and they told me that it's just my timing and I said no it's not and so I gave up and basically, they won't do shit about this TSB until they find the problem.
