TSB 05-009 / 2nd Gear Pops Out

TSB 05-009 / 2nd Gear Pops Out
I've had my 2nd gear pop out on occasion while engine breaking on a decline. After reading through this thread (https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=307448), it looks like I need TSB 05-009 done.
Has anyone in the Bay Area had this TSB done? If so, which dealership did you go to? How many days did it take? Did you receive a loaner?
Looks like Menlo is the most recommended service department, but I live and work (long hours) in San Francisco, so I'm also wondering if there is a good alternative.

had it pop out on me for the first time in 7.3k miles yesterday. i have a feeling that i didn't completely put it into gear though since it popped out almost right as i disengaged the clutch. if it happens more often then i'll definitely look into getting this fix done. sucks to have the downtime though.
