Officially known here as "May Madness" started as a celebration of the 4th Street San Rafael location in Marin County where alot of the American Graffitti movie was filmed. A day of hot rods, custom food stands and early rock n roll. oh yeah there are usually alot of people too.
I usually find a spot early on 4th street to view the grand parade and thought it would be cool to gather a few S2K's parked along the street. Not to steal the thunder of many fine old rod's but to have some fun and get some admiring looks going both ways. Probably need 2 arrive by 10AM at the latest for a good spot. I will try to talk with the event organizers and see if i can get some spots or places in the show where newer cars may be allowed. I've got an old friend who is always in the show with his childhood 427 vette so I will get the scoop.
Once i get some responses will be happy to answer any questions and give updates.
