I can't find the McKee one at Yahoo Yellow Page. Can you give me the exact address of the restaurant?

i think the one on aborn is newer. and the one on mc kee has tight parking space and u don't want to park s2000 or exotics there. hella bad old asian drivers. they might wreck your car. besides the one on aborn road is close to my house

BTW, we don't need to be too anal abt the lunch place. We always ended up in a different place anyway.

I went to the Ferrari site. They will have their own drive on Nov 10 also. So I guess we can't find anyone of them to join us.

I will go to NSX site and see if they can join us.

Hey guys, what happened? No one signed up?

Come on, you don't really need to show up even if you sign up. It is more like a gauge to see if there are enough interest.....

Is this drive too hard for people?? Maybe we can change that to another Novice Drive along Sierra/Calaveras?

Also, if we don't have a drive this weekend, the next drive will be very likely three weeks later due to Larry Hopkins event and Thanksgiving....

The junction is a good place to stop. It's also a good place for lunch (if we were arriving there later) or to get a drink.

There are several turnoffs, both on Mines Road and on San Antonio Valley Road that could hold 10 or so cars. I just don't know where they are on the map. I have a map that shows all of the main roads in the area and includes all that we'll be travelling on. It should make it more clear for those who have never been along the whole route.

There should be a safety discussion before starting out, specifically with regards to passing. There will be a few cars or trucks that we'll have to pass. Most are good about using turnoffs, but it's good to discuss how to pass safely. There is also the issue that we may encounter a few fast motorcycles who will want to pass us. It would be nice to work out a safe way to let them by.

I'm looking forward to meeting the rest of you who will be on this drive.

I'm up for it. Hope we have good weather. Do we still roll rain or shine?
