Travis Air Show Meet
If you love airplanes and military aviation, this is a great show. This year the Thunderbirds will be performing as well as other demos.
Where: Travis Air Force Base
When: Aug 30th 10am-5pm
Cost: FREE! (have to pay for food and stuff inside)

What to bring: Hat, sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes.
We will all meet up first at a Starbucks in Vallejo right off the 80 freeway at 9am.
774 Admiral Callaghan Ln, Vallejo, CA - (707) 554-8035
We will leave Starbucks around 9:15-9:30am for the show.

Hmm, I may have to go to this one. I was planning on going to the air show in Salinas (where the Thunderbirds will also be showing) at the end of September but this one could work too!

Air Force shows are awesome due to the variety of static displays.

On my Treo right now but how far is Travis? I'm interested in joining too if I got no plans that weekend. I am always fascinated w/ this. I think we talked about this a few weeks ago.
