Transmission Fluid
#21
My AP2 didn't like Redline MT90 at all. It was very notchy and caused me to miss my up shift on the track.
I liked GM SM but it tends to get worn out rather quickly with one or two track days.
I like new Honda Type 2 and change the fluid with every oil change.
I may try the regular Redline MTF next time.
Note: I have an AP2.. so its different for AP1s.

MOTUL Gear FF Competition
I had good experience with Motul motor oil. Our Evo was hitting 130C oil temp on a 110F track day. The redline oil turned dark brown and drained like water. We switched to Motul and the oil stayed clean with no change in color. I know.. its not very scientific.
