Tranny swap complete!
Well with the help of MaxRev and his friend K, we were able to swap out my tranny for Bluesaints tranny (AP1 - AP1). While I had it opened I deceided to change the Flywheel and Clutch so I went with the Cusco Hyperset.
I printed out some instructions from "Under the hood" section along with following the service manual for some tricky sections. I must say that Rob and I had a very difficult time getting the tranny out, but once we were able to remove it, installing back wasn't as hard as taking it off.
I'm so glad Rob can read Japanese, I didn't know what the torque settings were for the pressure plate, I read it wrong and tried to torque it down to 127 lbs/ft when it actually asked for 27 lbs/ft . Good thing the 6 hex broke before I torqued it
The only issue I have now is the 02 sensor tip on the cat broke so now my Check engine light is on. I'll need to replace, but when I checked honda dealership they were charging $311.78 special order Well after Rob's friend helped me, we were able to find it cheaper $60.99 online Thanks Nick and Rob
Now that we've done it once I think we can get it done in half the time, Rob thinks 1/3 the time.
I'll try to post some pic's tonight.

WOW awesome job man...so you went with the shorter gear set? more acceleration from this setup?
I heard that if you are supercharged u don't want the gears since it revs a bit too fast?

nope, the AP2 tranny would act like a 4.27 gear. That's what I wanted but I couldn't find any at the time. I'm not sure why but the car feels like it rev's a bit faster. That's just me tho.

The AP2 tranny has a different secondary reduction gear that makes the first 4 gears seem like you have 4.3 final drive in the rear end. Just say i have 4.44 FD, that tranny would effectively give me a FD gear of 4.6 in the first 4 gears while keeping 5th and 6th quite highway driveable.
