Traffic school
Hi,
Anyone knows if you can go to traffic school twice within 18 months. I got a ticket 15 months ago and went to traffic school and just got one again 2 weeks ago and the cop said that I might be able to go again. I called the court but there was only voice recording, no operators.
Thanks.

It is by County, and ultimately it is up to the judge. The time is actually based upon the delta between each violation. What County were they in? BTW, I just picked up a V1 a month ago-not fool proof, but it definately does not hurt.

Alameda County, all of my speeding tickets. I hate this little island!
Should I just go ahead and pay now?
Maybe I should ask them about traffic school when I send the check.

Each county might be different. Your not allowed to go to traffic school if you gotten more then 1 ticket within 18 months. You can always contest the ticket. The judge even told us too. Since cops give out so many tickets per month, it's hard for them
to remember you. If something important came up that day, they rather takecare of that than show up to court for a traffic ticket, otherwise, they will be at court. This was the words of the judge. Plus, you have nothing to lose but your time. What it really come down too is, is it really worth your time.

I was really speeding, I need to "pay" for what I did. Just wondering if I could pay less (avoiding the car insurance to go up, 19mph over isnt that bad, right?)
