If you ever get motion sickness, bring dramamine. I have found I need one, even as a driver.

if you need dramamine even as a driver that means your not looking far enough ahead...
I guess I'm not looking far enough ahead either. I'll keep that in mind next time I'm on a boat too.

Another good tip for newbies is to take the first two laps a little slow the first time around. I'm not sure if anyone is bringing an AWD car out, but contrary to forum speak it is ok to ease off of the throttle to let the car rotate a bit and pick back up (AWD traction is going to act as your crutch). Also if you find yourself getting into trouble in whatever drivetrain do the same thing, the worst thing you can do is panic; slam the brake pedal mid-corner; and lock up throwing yourself out of control. To understand the physics behind when you do so you put a lot of weight on your front tires, which increases grip mid-corner and doesn't allow you to steer your way out of the situation.

Instructors also have told me to use my head to site where I want to go on the track because usually that's where your hands will take you. Anyway happy tracking, have fun guys.

(This is Brandon btw).
