People do track days at Infineon and Laguna, they're the closest but I prefer T-Hill or Buttonwillow over them although I've yet to drive Infineon.

Edit: That was too mean.

No one likes going off but we all run out of talent occasionally.

Heh. Of course my thoughts have changed. To say I was enlightened today would be a major understatement. If I could drive half as good as you do then I too would be reluctant to drive at Infineon. There is very little margin for error out there and let's face it, mistakes happen all the time out on track. I get it now. If you are skilled enough to drive at 9/10ths then you should also be wise enough to know your limits and the limits of your car. If that means giving yourself breathing room then everyone is safer for it.
That being said, I am still a proponent of Infineon, albeit more so for beginners under the tutelage of highly skilled instructors. The track is intimidating enough to keep newbies in check while still enabling them to have fun. But if you want to learn how to be fast, there are better places for that.
Thanks again for the ride along, Mac. I lost track of how many times the thought,"This Is f@#king Awesome!" ran through my head.

Would love to take my S there, but I don't see that ever happening though.
