well isn't it kind of risky to post up about your hard top and hardware?

Approximately a month ago, I met Blake the owner of The TopLoc and Ben,
his partner who is a certified lock smith. They took pics of my OEM hard top
and OEM hardware on my S. This took place at Blakes' home where we spent
a few hours brainstorming. From the pics and after studying my S2000 OEM
set up and listening to some input regarding the rear latches they have now
come up with some very good ideas for designing their prototype. What Blake
is now looking for is for an S2000 owner in the Fremont area that is willing to
assist them by leaving their car for four to five days at their Fremont shop so
that they can manufacture the prototype. The reason why they need the S2000
in their shop for a few days is that they will need to measure and test parts as
they go through the development and manufacturing of the S2000 TopLoc.
Once the prototype is done then they will have to test it and refine it for the
final product.
Blake would prefer someone with an OEM hard top and hardware for the project.
Anyone interested in helping Blake (The TopLoc), please contact him by visiting
their web site at www.TheTopLoc.com where you can than email Blake directly
and or fill out a form informing him of your intentions. Blake will then get in touch
with you to set up a schedule to meet. Your assistance in the development and
manufacturing of this product will benefit everyone in the S2000 community.
FYI, I have been communicating back and forth with Blake for over a month
and they seem very straight up, honest and dependable. Also I know where
Blacke lives. I would offer him my car, however it is at this time my daily driver.

I applaud the collaboration/entrepreneurship spirit going here, they can borrow my car. Another member may need to borrow part of my suspension and there will be a cage getting welded in soon... So timing is a bit important to work out. I'm not on here often, but if he sends me a PM, I'll pass on my number to him.
