This actually is all taken care of now. The top latch for my passenger side broke. The little cross thing that holds the latch to the top broke so it wouldn't stay up. Anyone else have this problem? Just wondering, cuz although mine was taken care of by Menlo through warantee, it turns out that thye charge like $126 for the part.

 

Yup, had the same thing happen to me and was covered under warranty. They had to replace the whole top because when the latch broke it made a hole where it rubbed when the top is down.
