I actually saw chp officer standing outside on the side of the carpool lane on the ramp to 85N from saratoga ave (the part with the stop and go traffic lights) giving out carpool tickets..... and his car was parked on the other right hand side of the road. watch out guys.

Okay, I'll drive by on the lane closer and I'll re-confirm this tomorrow.
I just find it odd how I would see a CHP officer in the same position 3x in a row, at different times. I'll check tomorrow.
