Default Titanium welders

Hi,

I searched the NorCal forums and couldn't find any mention of Ti welders. Does anyone know of a shop around here that does good work?

I checked SoCal and I've seen Chris Parker of TeamCPR mentioned before, but he is in Costa Mesa. I would rather not go that far if I do not have to.

Thanks!

Exhaust. I am considering adding more bracing as a preventative measure in order to avoid damage to the resonator, which would lead to rattling. Something like this:

Even if I don't do it, I'd like to know ahead of time where the Ti welders are at, just in case something does break.

My neighbor can weld it. He has repaired a few resonators (mostly J's but he has done one Amuse) already. He has made custom titanium pie cut exhausts for S2000's as well as vintage Triumph TR-6. He has average pricing but he gives a no break guarantee or he fixes it for free.

His welder is at his house in Dublin (INDUSTRIAL 220V-200A welder) so you don't have to futz with taking time off work for normal business hours.

I had my J's 60 repaired through him.

Thanks all, for your input. I will look into these.

I still don't know if I should just wait and hope nothing breaks, or try to prevent it from happening.
