timing chain tensioner
got a used timing chain tensioner without the pin..
so the question is.. how do i put the tct back together? it doesn't seem very hard, but i'm short about 2mm from putting a pin or some sort of holding mechanism into the holes to prevent it from launching like 10 feet away =[
is there an easier solution rather than using your bare hands? btw, lewis couldn't do it -___-

there is a way to do it paul. if you noticed the spiral section on the inside. you have to keep turning the tension bar til it gets inside but it does take a bit of muscle. its doable, but it does take some time.
