Should have gotten the info man. You're wayy too nice of a person in this case, in my opinion. What if no insurance bozo "accidently" hit a person while driving?
Whoever registered the car should have insurance covering other drivers as well. If someone else is driving the car and damages property, the owner's insurance pays up. If there's no insurance anywhere, they're nothing more than a time bomb waiting to go off on some innocent bystander in my opinion and you'd be doing someone a future favor by taking them off the road. Too many damn hit and runs around here.
Rant off.
PS. I personally like the AP2 bumper.
But I also have a thing for the Amuse bumpers, 1 and 2, and the INGS+1 one.

he didn't have insurance and said it was his gf's car...i highly doubt it but all i could've done was get his license and and license plate. he had a babysit in the back that could possibly have a baby in it that need its milk. i was mad, still am. let's just see if i run into him at school again.
the one time i park in the parking lot, this happens =((

But good karma for a cool guy. It takes a lot to forgive like that.

Let me tell you a story, this happened to me, my woman has the S out and gets rear ended (not bad, mainly cosmetic, bumper scratched), cop shows up, the woman that hit her doesn't have insurance, they PROCEDE TO LET HER GO without doing ANYTHING, and tell my woman and i quote, This is why you have uninsured motorist on your insurance.

one time or another, i must remember :it's just a car >.<"
thanks for the feedbacks and concern. i'll try covering it up with tuner stickers or something until haha. come to milpitas for some boba and see my scratch isn't tooo tooo noticeable unless you look from a foot away. all blemish. i hate how the older cars come out with less damages compare to yours. i've notice this in alot of occasions on the road. this camry had minor bumper damage compared to this mercedes that had it's front chassis squished.
