Default Time to change fluids

Did my search&reshearch.

So here is what i got...

1.For the oil im using moble 1 10w30 with a honda filter

2.For the tranny im using honda MTF or GM syncromesh <---ive heard GM is much better

3.For the differential im using moble 1 75w90

4.50/50 antifreeze

I've done the oil change twice allready but its time for a full fluid change since i just hit 25000.

All of the above is correct to my understanding right? Or am i missing something or have something wrong?

Thanks in advance!

BTW... this kinda sucks feel like a noob, since im coming from a civic to a S2K never new there so much to do on a RWD. On the upperhand best upgrade ever!!

I've used the Synchromesh on my Prelude and my friends 300ZX. We both love the stuff. Next time I change out the tranny fluid, I will go with the GM stuff too.

I believe the coolant is rated at 105k/5 years. If you do want to change it, you can just get the stuff at the honda dealer that already has 50% water.

For the tranny, there is some concern with the GM synchromesh formula with the AP2 since it has carbon syncros or something. If you aren't getting any grinds now, might as well stick with Honda.

yeh, ill just do it when the right time comes saves me a few bucks.(coolant)

well i know when the car is cold its a bit rough. when temp. is all good the only problem i have is that my 3rd feels slightly crunchy. Sometimes it will go in smooth or sometimes you can feel a slight crunch. So since i have a ap2 should i just stick with Honda or go with GM?

btw thanks for the input
