Ticket trouble
Fellas,
I got my first CA ticket last night. As usual, he has to pick me out of a crowd of cars. Now, what am I suppose to do. All I have a lousy yellow POS ticket which doesn't provide me with any info. An I suppose to expect some letter coming in the mail? And what are my options of fighting this ticket? I am currently lending on showing up to court myself but if there are easier ways to do this, please let me know.
thx,

Expect something in the mail in about 4-5 weeks.
From there , it'll show you the amount of the fine, fine + traffic school fees, date that the fine is due by and other bits of information as well.
I just received my ticket in the mail and the fine was outrageous so I'm going to try and get it lowered through a court appearance.
After receiving this in the mail, you have to go to the address that is listed on the ticket to schedule a court date. From there, you go to court on the date that you reserved and appeal to the judge. From there, you're on your own with the judge.
Good luck,
Bryan
Might want to try www.ticketassassin.com

ticket assassin is only $10 i think for the forms to fight your ticket by mail. I used it to get a not guilty for a 55 in a 35 mph. If you loose your case by ta you can always go to regular court if you choose.

I think they raise their price to $25. Does anyone here is a member of the site and willing to let me see they got to offer before I dish out the money. I just don't want to pay for something that I am not sure of. And of course, I am trying to save every pennies just in case I have to pay for the ticket.
thx,
