I was cited for, it looks like 22349 - speed. The officer's writing is hard to read. Is there one that is specifically easier to contest?

22349 is for Maximum Speed Law (exceding 65mph) this is harder to fight than 22350 Basic Speed Law (unsafe speed for the conditions)
