ticket asassin save the day again!

No way to know if the cop responded or not, my guess he didn't...it was a young guy and probably was too lazy to do it.
After watching the sunset at bonny doon, I got on hwy1 and set cruise control at 70. I actually was trying to be good, I thought the limit was 65 but I was lunchin' cuz I had a girl w/ me and I had just gotten a ticket for 92 in 65 like a week earlier. I was basically alone on the road, so very few other cars comprised of the traffic at that time (key point in me not having to lie). I came over a hill and the radar was screaming at me, but since I only thought I was doing 5 over I made no course changes. The rest is history.
After getting an extension, here is the letter I sent to the court to argue my case:

Nice job Josh. I hope I won't need to use ticketassasin anytime soon. It seems as if that site has really helped out our brethren. In my case, I have the good fortune of having a litigator as a wife!

Do you guys think it's worth is to use ticket assasin if you can get out with traffic school (hence still no points on your record)?
I've heard that if you plead not guilty in CA and you are found guilty, traffic school is not an option.
