I'm the owner of the Blue 06 S2000 and First off I don't want to get involved with any drama. Anyone is free to look under the hood my car, I really don't care. One of my good buddies just yelled close the hood their coming as a joke so don't get offended by it. The reason they wanted to see under the hood was cause of the changes for 06. This includes Drive By wire throttle body, the changes to the fuel rails (returnless fuel lines), and some other little things. I've only had the car for like 2 and 1/2 weeks and have not had time to really sit down and figure out a solution for these 06 changes in order to put on my turbo set-up that is just sitting in my apartment waiting to be put on. So that is why cosmetics have only been done to car. The CF hood is for contrast purposes, I should ge getting my hardtop, gunmetal VOLKS and T1R suspension soon and should be done with the look of the car. And besides it was gift from my fiance who bought it for me for my Birthday last November. I'm an easy going guy, so i really don't mine what everyone says because everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
But anyways, it was nice meeting most of you at the meet.
