I am looking at a couple houses in the Walnut Creek area. Any comments on the area? Hows the crime there? Also what is this whole BART thing? Is it a train or something?
Thanks

my mom is a broker and works heavily in Walnut Creek. prices are really on the rise.. it's a great investment! the area is rapidly growing. if you can get in right now your house will appreciate around 70k by next year..

Or if you buy a new house in its construction phase...My coworker just purchased a house they haven't even moved into cause their Close of Escrow is in October. They bought the house for 600k...and the house is already 670k...and It's been about 3 week or a month since they purchased...

THEN... when you build enough equity, you can cash out and buy ANOTHER property... and your empire will be well on it's way!!
edit... then you'll have two properties, then three.. then MORE MORE MORE!!!
