They really should list how many hours they worked though to make it a more clear summary.

You can probably figure it out going by an overtime rate of 1.5X(I guess it would be higher for holidays and depending on union contract.) You can figure out the max though going by the 1.5x rate and a salary based on 2000 hrs/yr:

I know many people who work in state jobs, especially in state hospitals and correctional facilities. Many of these individuals work "double shifts" and are mandated to work overtime due to the shortage of nurses, correctional officers, etc. There is lots of money to be made in the state system, especially if you like working overtime.

I forgot the fact that medical staff works 24 hr shifts sometimes. Some of which may be spent sleaping(probably not enough though). You do have to factor that in too... I don't think they get 1.5X for overtime though...

Just think. You could be working 80 hrs a week at Electronic Arts and make less than 1/2 of what any of these guys made...

Just think, you could be a correctional officer and after seven years make $66,000 a year, plus housing allowance, plus physical fitness pay, plus clothing allowance. And to qualify for this job you are required to have a GED. Now how much does a school teacher make? And I think the requirements are a little higher for the teacher.

By the way, I am a warehouse worker at the Correctional Training Facility.
