this has turned into the beef thread, lol

these two steaks were about $240.00 total (thanks obachan!), you get full off like 6 ounces though because it's so rich.

yea... went there last month for Mac's b-day... almost thougt to "splurge" for Kobe beef.. but even the cheapest is $175(hi $250).. I just don't know if it's worth it...
Oh yeah, I heard they are really expensive. One of my friend had a "Iron chef course?" for two which I assume it was about $1,000.

I think the best Kobe(real deal. no kobe style) beef I had was in Las Vegas. Teppanyaki style. It really melts in your mouth.

Wow, 100g = 2000 yen (about $24)! Looks good though.

But if you wanna go beyond Kobe, you gotta try "Matsuzaka-Gyu" (Matsuzaka beef). They go about 100g = 5000 yen (about $60)!! I think it's the best.

then you think, hmm 100g, there are 454g in a pound. so 4.54 x $24.00 = $108.96 per lb! sheit, i wouldn't have eaten half as well as i did over there if it wasn't for my grandma spoiling us.
