Default TECH DAY: Headlight clearing/baking

howdy all, me and peter (sebrings2k) were planning to help a couple other s2ki members do a headlight baking... so this is an open invite to anyone else who may be interested in learning on how to do it, so you can watch how its done....

if you already know how to clear it.... than obviously its pointless... hehe..

but if you really want to do this mod and need to watch it actually being done, feel free to join us this Sunday the 20th, BUT, depending on where we do this in the bay area, we probably won't have time to do more than the two sets we're doing... so its mainly for info purposes...

this is ONLY for the baking process... so both members will only have their lights... no instructions on bumper/headlight removal... that should be easy enough to figure out from Ricks instructions.... any takers?

So far:

1. beanolo (obviously)
2. sebrings2k
3. JL
4. 2002silver
5...
6.....
7.......

don't know where this is going to be done at yet... but depending on whose interested, we'll figure it out...

thanks!

I know this is on short notice, BUT i think it'll give many people a good idea how baking works.

Its really not that hard.

actually... i might mainly be taking pictures to document the whole baking process... which is usually what scares most ppl from doing it... (i know i was)... so it will be posted here as well when its all said and done

I'm down for "calipers/rotors/pads day" whenever that is.

How's May 4th? I'm just throwing out a date... mainly that one because i have every other sunday to do tech things on my car, the other sundays go to my significant other

and this sunday is obviously a headlight day... May 4th would give people time to order pads and get the necessary paint/paint kits for the calipers as well... im just going with the good ol' high temp for now.. until i have enough money for spoons...
