Thanks for your input a couple of weeks ago. I went to Circuit City yesterday to listen to both speakers, and I was astounded by the difference. The Sony's were WAY better (for my ear / music combo) - and $20 cheaper than the Polks ! I bought a set of the Sonys, and the only question now is - should I wait for the next Tech Day, or just do it myself. H-m-m-m-m, we'll see how the stars align over the next couple of weeks ( work schedule is BRUTAL right now...).
